Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 municipal contracts administered, including 2 projects valued at $20M+.
• Certified by OACETT with the RCCA designation or registered with PEO as a P.Eng. (required).
• Solid understanding of OPS standards and legislative requirements for road construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex municipal or highway capital construction projects.
• Act as the key liaison between contractors, clients, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee all contract administration deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
