• Develop, implement, and manage clinical area plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor clinical staff and contribute to workforce development initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals for staff.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Ontario

Bilingualism (French / English)

Education

Undergraduate preparation in a Healthcare related Discipline

Registered healthcare professional licensed in Ontario
