A leading global consulting firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager for their Transformation Risk & Advisory team. The successful candidate will design and implement program governance strategies, manage large complex transformations, and develop client relationships. They will also lead a team, ensuring high-quality delivery in program management. Competitive compensation between $128,900 and $178,900 is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Our transformation risk and advisory practice focuses on assisting clients that are going through large transformations ($100 mil - $5 bil) by providing services that cover transformation strategy, transformation risk management, transformation program management or other related services. The core focus of this team is to work with clients that are going through large transformation programs and help them make these programs successful. We bring an integrated people, process and technology approach to these projects and support the client from “strategy to execution” with their transformation program.

The salary range for this position is $128,900 - $178,900. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
