The Transactional Data Analyst will provide support to SAP super-users and end-users regarding information, data review, and system-related solutions.

  • Salary scale 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)
What this role involves:
  • Provide support to super-users and end-users:
    • Respond to and follow up on non-urgent solution-related questions within their site/stream
    • Communicate and clarify improvements, changes, or other updates to relevant users
    • Forward information, questions, issues, and bugs to the appropriate team
    • Maintain frequent communication with super-users
  • Monitor system health, compliance, and accuracy
  • Correct system errors or inconsistencies
  • Support execution of business controls and issue tracking
  • Plan and organize inventory processes
  • Investigate root causes of issues or discrepancies, establish and implement preventive action plans
  • Ensure adherence to best business practices through monitoring, audits, reviews, updates, etc.
  • Collaborate with plant financial analysts, managers, and super-users to identify continuous improvement opportunities and act accordingly
  • Participate in regular meetings to share best practices and stay informed about upcoming activities, solution changes, and training material updates
  • Work closely with project managers on any changes that may affect system processes
  • Perform local user acceptance testing as needed
  • Understand and comply with manufacturing standards
  • Safety:
    • Stop any unsafe act observed and comply with facility safety rules and procedures
    • Correct or report any observed hazard
    • Support safety policies and programs
What you need to join our team:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with ERP systems required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English, both orally and in writing, with leaders, managers, colleagues, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of business practices, understanding of policies, trends, technologies, and current/future information impacting the organization
  • Customer-oriented mindset, acting with internal and external client needs in mind
  • Ability to make quick decisions, sometimes with incomplete information and under pressure
