Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Manager to oversee day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties for national/global clients. You will monitor workflows, mentor the Transaction Coordinator, and ensure high-quality service and deliverables.

Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate services clients. Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and mentoring and/or oversight of the Transaction Coordinator role.
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as a lease, purchase & sale agreement, sublease agreement, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement, etc.
5+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred.
