Our client is looking for a Training Specialist to support a 13-month contract, based in Montreal with remote work and occasional onsite meetings.

  • Contributes to defining training strategy, curriculum, and content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Ensures training materials are high‑quality, up-to-date, and tailored to each business function’s needs.
  • Facilitates or supports virtual and in‑person training sessions and maintains content consistency in the LMS.
  • Reviews and validates French translations to ensure technical accuracy and alignment.
  • Brings 5+ years of experience in training design and content management, proficient in e‑learning tools, and fully bilingual (English/French).
