We promote process, structure, and sustainable growth, all within an extremely collaborative setup where everyone shares the same goal: delivering white‑glove service to the talents we represent and the brands who want to partner with them. Our focus goes beyond short‑term wins – it’s about fostering meaningful careers, elevating creative voices, and creating long‑term value for both talents and partners alike.

As the largest multidisciplinary talent‑management group in Canada and a leading force across North America, Dulcedo represents and manages the international careers of over 500 models, hundreds of Olympic and professional athletes, and top‑tier digital influencers, content creators, and streamers. With offices in Montreal and Toronto and a worldwide network, we’ve grown from a high‑profile modeling agency into a powerhouse that spans all spheres of entertainment.

Dulcedo is, above all, a community of incredible individuals who ‘work hard but play harder.’ Our team is united, welcoming, and inclusive, and a great‑place‑to‑work culture is a top priority. Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years, we continue to empower our employees by providing an environment where work feels motivating, fun, and, most importantly, meaningful.

The Opportunity

Hop on board with Dulcedo’s Training Facility! Ongoing learning isn’t just a perk – it’s part of who we are. Talent management is an art, and setting our people up with the right foundations, the Dulcedo way, is how we continue delivering exceptional work for our talents and partners. As we grow, we’re looking for a Training & Onboarding Specialist who will play a key role in shaping the experience of every new team member who joins our world. Reporting to our Training & Onboarding Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and guiding voice of our onboarding programs, helping new hires ramp up with confidence and feel supported every step of the journey. In this role you’ll deliver engaging training sessions, coordinate our monthly cohorts, keep our learning tools running smoothly, and act as a true brand ambassador. If you’re a strong communicator, patient, adaptable, and energized by being in front of a room, continue reading and submit your application – we want to meet you!

Your Role in Action
  • Host portions of new‑hire training sessions and serve as the point of contact for incoming cohorts for Talent Agents & Account Managers.
  • Lead warm, engaging intro meetings and touchpoints that set the tone for their Dulcedo experience.
  • Support the rollout of workshops, mentorship sessions, shadow programs, and team‑specific trainings.
  • Own the scheduling and coordination of all onboarding and training activities and keep agendas, calendars, invites, and training flows clear and up to date.
  • Ensure every cohort has the right information, resources, and timelines from day one and track their progress and LMS updates.
  • Maintain templates, training decks, onboarding checklists, and documentation – keeping everything polished and up to Dulcedo brand standards.
  • Help keep our training materials organized (EN & FR) and easy to navigate.
  • Prepare simple insights and reports to help the team improve our training experience.
What You're Bringing To The Table
  • 1‑3 years in training, education, HR, operations, customer experience, or any role where teaching, presenting, or guiding others was at the core.
  • Strong communication skills – you’re confident speaking in front of a group and keeping people engaged.
  • Bilingual EN/FR is mandatory for this role as some materials and training sessions require proper translation support.
  • Tech‑savvy – Google Suite, LMS tools, CRMs, and documentation tools on your radar.
  • Patient, adaptable, and unflappable when things shift.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple training sessions, materials, and admin tasks with ease.
Soft Skills & Dulcedo DNA
  • Energy and initiative – you’re known for curiosity and the genuine drive to make things happen.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the way you uplift those around you are contagious.
  • You thrive on new challenges, stay calm under pressure, and love the pace and excitement of a dynamic environment.
  • You’re a true self‑starter – passionate, gritty, and goal‑oriented, someone who loves projects, challenges, and milestones.
  • You’re driven, creative, and structured – balancing discipline, fun, and performance, the three core pillars of Dulcedo’s culture.
Life at Dulcedo!
  • Unlimited Paid PTO – enjoy true work‑life balance with the freedom to take the time you need, when you need it.
  • 12 Monthly Personal Days – one extra day off every month to recharge.
  • Flexible Work Environment – minimal office attendance for those near our hubs, giving you room to adapt your schedule with ease.
  • Montreal & Toronto Offices – snacks, great vibes, and pet‑friendly spaces.
  • Remote Work – ideal for travellers, expats, and digital nomads who want to grow their career without staying in one place.
  • Freestyle Fridays – we wrap up at 2:00 PM ET every Friday. Long weekends, every week.
  • Comprehensive Insurance – dental, vision, and medical coverage for you and your loved ones.
