Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will produce facilitator presentations, e-learning modules, job aids and assessments, ensuring accuracy and engaging style. This role is based in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training facilitation or content development.
• Experience presenting information to groups in virtual or classroom settings.
• Ability to transform policies into practical learning materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training for new hires and existing team members.
• Create and update facilitator presentations and e-learning materials.
• Develop learning content with clear, practical examples and scenarios.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to communicate changes effectively.
• Monitor learner progress and suggest improvements to content and delivery.
