A fleet management company in Mississauga is seeking a detail-oriented Training & Quality Analyst to ensure operational excellence through quality evaluations and process standardization. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in QA platforms. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range between $62,600 to $86,000 annually.
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training & Quality Analyst. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement within maintenance operations. By evaluating work quality, identifying root causes, standardizing processes, and collaborating with Operations and Training, the incumbent drives first-touch resolution, elevates the client experience, and ensures consistent policy adherence.
Current location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.
The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 to $86,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
