DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding
  • Develop and deliver job-specific training for field personnel at all levels
  • Operate rig training equipment (drilling experience preferred)
  • Collaborate with other trainers to update and improve course content
  • Partner with 3rd-party training providers to ensure high-quality course offerings
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Support field and shop locations across Canada, with travel up to 20%
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Working knowledge of drilling equipment (Alpha A&N knowledge an asset)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint
  • Strong motivation to expand and develop training skills
