Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a trainee butcher to join its team. You will be trained in boning, breaking down and trimming meat cuts while learning about different meat specifications.

• As a trainee you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.
• Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications

• After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
