Trainee - Insurance Advisor

We’re searching for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor. Are you searching for new possibilities? Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor at our Gibsons, BC location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland! We are looking for a career‑minded individual who is focused on growing their career in insurance.

Expected Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $22.75 on a 35‑hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six‑week training period and beyond
