Job summary

TEN Canada Ltd. is seeking an experienced Trailer Technician at our Edmonton, AB branch. You will inspect trailers, perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair electrical, braking, and structural components to keep fleets safe and on the road.

Qualifications

Licensed Truck-Trailer Service Technician (310J) or Licensed Truck and Coach Technician (310T).
Proven experience as a Trailer Service Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of trailer systems including electrical, suspension, braking, and structural components.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to identify maintenance or repair needs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and replace worn components; adjust brakes and suspension.
Diagnose and troubleshoot trailer issues using diagnostic tools.
Repair or replace damaged trailer parts including electrical systems, tires, brakes, lights, and axles.
Perform welding, fabrication, and bodywork repairs as needed.
Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
Maintain accurate work records of parts and labor.
