Job summary

MasterTech is hiring Trailer Technicians (Shop or Field) to cover the Mississauga, ON area. Roles include servicing Dry Vans, Reefer Vans, Flat-Beds and specialty trailers in a primarily on-site setting, with some field work available.

The position offers a day shift, a 44-hour weekly guarantee, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, RRSP matching, and a company truck with tools. A sign-on bonus may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Experienced trailer technician or contractor seeking steady role.
• Newly licensed with a few years of experience welcomed.
• Flexible schedule and field/shop work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service Dry Vans, Reefer Vans, Flat-Beds and other trailers at client sites.
• Schedule your day with multiple stops or perform shop work as needed.
• 4x10s or split shifts with focus on Mississauga, ON area.
