  • Heavy equipment or automotive experience will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, gather information, and open repair orders.
  • Assign work priorities and estimate repair timelines.
  • Record and file all documents related to repair orders, including warranty details.
  • Close repair orders and present invoices to customers.
  • Ensure invoices are paid or placed on account before releasing vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to minimize diagnosis and repair time.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer recalls and bulletins.
  • Adhere to safety standards and participate in 5S initiatives.
