Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule sales information/breakout sessions
  • Coordinate sales conference and tradeshow partner meetings
  • Process sponsorship and tradeshow requests by submitting information to Manager for approval
  • Responsible for pre-event planning and post-event follow ups of approved sponsorships and tradeshows
  • Relay graphics, orders and logistics requirements to appropriate administrative departments
  • Create, maintain, and log Tradeshow documentation
  • Review/assign Tradeshow Leads and distribute to Sales for post-show follow up
  • Prepare and submit weekly tradeshow schedule/calendar to Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • 0-1 year office administrative experience
  • Organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
