Total Rewards & HR Operations Specialist

About this Position Support the development, implementation, and administration of an organization's total rewards strategy which typically includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management programs while ensuring efficient HR operations and data processes.

What you’ll do
  • Support salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Ensure pay structures remain competitive and equitable with involvement of HRBPs
  • Coordinate employee benefit programs
  • Respond to employee queries on benefit offerings
  • Help manage performance management cycles
  • Support employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives
  • Support for accuracy and timely payroll processing for all employees
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for salary inputs, variable pay, leaves, etc
  • Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary updates
  • Support audits and ensure documentation meets legal standards
  • Data accuracy (employee records, contracts, payroll data)
