• Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments is a plus.
• Skilled at extracting and analyzing partner performance data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting for visibility into performance KPIs.
• Provide analysis to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Design partner segmentation models for optimal coverage.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Oversee partner commission data and ensure accuracy.
• Manage Salesforce PartnerStack and related systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes.
