Marsh in Toronto is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Health and Benefits practice, guiding strategy, budgeting, and people resourcing while driving revenue growth and client engagement.

You will lead engagements with senior stakeholders, shape market strategy, and build high-performing teams to deliver strategic solutions and sustained business success in Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in the benefits environment with a proven ability to generate revenue through client acquisition and team management.

We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh in our Toronto, Canada office. This is a dynamic leadership role and part of the Health and Benefits Canadian Leadership team.

The Marsh Toronto Office Practice Leader for Health and Benefits will lead the Toronto office within the Canadian Health and Benefits business, overseeing strategic direction, budgeting, people & resourcing, while driving revenue growth, sales growth, and colleague engagement.

We will count on you to:

• Define and implement the long-term business strategy at the market level in alignment with global and regional strategy, contributing to the financial success of the business.
