Job Overview

Our client is one of Canada’s leading professional services firms offering audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services to Canadian and international companies through its team of accounting professionals.

There are exciting opportunities in the Canadian Corporate Tax Department for Manager and Senior Manager positions, focused on industries ranging from financial services to manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in private equity, asset management, insurance or banking.

Position: Manager (Toronto)

As a Manager in the downtown Toronto office, you will coordinate teams to deliver consultative solutions to clients, build and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities for tax services, and develop revenue‑generating products.

Position: Senior Manager (Toronto)

As a Senior Manager in the downtown Toronto office, you will use your taxation expertise to serve domestic and international corporate clients, lead fieldwork engagements, manage staff, and liaise with senior client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively present tax ideas to clients through the Client Service Matrix program.
• Plan, organize and execute engagements, including structuring corporate investment, developing acquisition strategies and tax compliance.
• Build relationships as a “trusted business advisor” by providing valuable tax advice that incorporates business, economic, and market knowledge and an understanding of the legal and regulatory impact.
• Actively mentor and counsel tax professionals, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
