Job summary

Fresh Prep is seeking multiple Brand Ambassadors to represent our mission across Ontario. You will educate potential customers about Fresh Prep’s sustainable meal kit offerings and drive new sign-ups at various events.

Roles are casual, part-time, with 4 to 20 hours per month. Shifts occur before, during, and after events across the Greater Toronto area. You’ll receive a Fresh Prep t-shirt and join a vibrant, impact-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, events, brand awareness, or customer success is preferred.
• Self-starting individuals who own tasks from start to finish and meet deadlines.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development department at corporate and community activations and events in Ontario; educate prospective customers about Fresh Prep offerings and drive sign-ups.
• Execute events weekly across Ontario, from local farmers markets to major high-profile events.
• Engage with potential customers and explain Fresh Prep’s offerings to boost awareness and enrollments.
• Achieve new customer sign-ups based on KPIs and targets.
• Assist with setup and teardown of events.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Business Development department at corporate and community activations and events happening throughout the province of Ontario. Brand Ambassadors will be the face of Fresh Prep, educating prospective customers on Fresh Prep’s offerings, while driving new customer sign-ups.
• Executing events on a weekly basis ranging from local farmers markets to large high profile events throughout the province.
• Engaging with potential customers and educating them on Fresh Prep’s offerings.
• Achieving new customer sign-ups based on outlined KPIs.
• Helping with set-up and tear-down of events.

What We Are Looking For

• We are hiring multiple candidates for this role.
• Successful candidates will be seeking casual, part-time work, with a commitment ranging between 4 to 20 hours per month.
• You have experience in sales, marketing, events, brand awareness, customer success, or another related role.
• Self-starting individuals who are comfortable owning a task from start to finish.
• You are reliable and dependable, like to see a job well done, and will ensure that things are done the "right" way. You show up for all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.

What You Can Expect

• Salary: $25 per hour, with a $5 bonus per every sign-up achieved.

• Casual and part-time shift work ranging between 4 to 20 hours per month.
• Shifts will be offered in advance of the scheduled events; Brand Ambassadors will commit to the shifts that they are able to work.
• Shift locations will vary. Many events will occur within the Greater Toronto area.
• A Fresh Prep t-shirt will be provided.
