Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and work well under pressure.
- Physical capability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communicator with proficiency in computers and recent experience using Windows-based software.
- Prior experience in airline, travel, tourism, or hospitality is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and positive airport experience for our guests.
- Perform guest service tasks: process service fees, create/change reservations, and assist guests with mobility issues.
- Troubleshoot itinerary changes and handle delayed or damaged baggage.
