An energy delivery company is seeking a co-op student for a Technology Information Services Governance Risk and Compliance role. The candidate will assist with risk management metrics collection, maintain PowerBI dashboards, and support various GRC tasks. Ideal applicants are pursuing studies in IT, MIS, Computer Sciences, or Cybersecurity, with good computer skills. This role is based in Calgary and may involve collaboration with teams in other urban centers.

As a Technology Information Services (TIS) Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) team member you will primarily focus on risk management metrics collections reporting through dashboards GRC SharePoint administration and general support in all areas of the will be expected to work with work with other members in Cyber as well as with other SMEs and management groups external to Cyber. The goal of this role is to allow the student to have exposure in all aspects of GRC while helping achieve the objectives mission and vision of the team.
Participate in and facilitate conversations with Information Technology Operational Technology and cybersecurity control owners on the effectiveness of their controls as measured by the cybersecurity control role is an enterprise-wide team which will allow you to learn about a wide range of technology controls how they are measured and applied across multiple business units in Canada and the US.
