Job summary

Kal Tire in Clairmont, Alberta is seeking a Tire Technician to join a hands-on, safety-focused team. You will install, repair, and maintain tires, with on-the-job training and flexible part/full-time hours throughout the contract period.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced shop, have a valid driver’s license, and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly. A team-oriented, reliability-driven attitude helps you thrive here.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

• Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools.
• Inspect tires and vehicles to identify required services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Store Details:

• Address: 7301 99 St Clairmont, Alberta.
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 22, 2026.

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
