Fountain Tire Innisfail an established automotive repair shop is looking for a responsible, safe and dedicated associate to join our team as an Automotive Tire Technician!

You will be responsible for
  • Installing, balancing, rotating and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels
  • Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • Maintaining tire service equipment on a regular schedule
  • Completing specialty tire work, which may include studding, retread, run‑flat, nitrogen charging, etc.
  • Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
  • Ensuring your own safety and that of your coworkers
What does it take to get on track
  • Previous tire/automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated, positive‑attitude individuals
  • Working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services, and wheels is an asset
  • A customer‑service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Drivers Abstract
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms (≈55 lbs.)
