Job summary

Kal Tire in Brooks, AB is seeking a Tire Technician to support the day-to-day shop service, installing, repairing, balancing, and inspecting tires while helping keep operations running smoothly.

This temporary role offers full-time or part-time hours, hands-on training to build confidence, a safety‑driven team environment, and opportunities to gain experience in the automotive industry while serving customers.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team‑oriented with a practical, safety‑first approach.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day‑to‑day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full‑time and part‑time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Requirements

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team‑oriented with a practical, safety‑first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Store Details

• Address: 104 3 ST E BROOKS AB
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Saturday: 8:00AM - 12:00PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
