Job summary

Kal Tire in Prince Albert, SK is seeking a Tire Technician to support daily shop service, installing, removing, rotating, balancing, and repairing tires while keeping operations running smoothly.

We offer hands-on training, a safety-first team environment, and opportunities to gain experience in the automotive industry. Starting date is soon; shifts may include weekends and run full-time or part-time for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

• Prior tire technician or automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools
• Inspect tires and vehicles to identify required services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times
• Support the team to keep workflow efficient and on schedule

Requirements

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Store Details

• Address: 300 38 St E, Prince Albert, Sk
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday:7:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Starting Training Date: September 23rd, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
