Job summary

Kal Tire in North Vancouver, BC is seeking a Tire Technician to join our shop team on a full-time seasonal basis. You will install, rotate, balance, and repair tires, while maintaining a clean and safe work area and following PPE and safety procedures.

The role offers starting pay at $21.64/hour with the possibility of full-time hours during the contract. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 30–50 lbs are required; prior tire/auto experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.

Tire Technician

Work Location: 1830 Marine Dr, North Vancouver, BC

If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and working as part of a team, this role is a strong fit. As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day‑to‑day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full‑time and part‑time hours available for the duration of the contract. You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Store Details

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 to 18:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 to 17:00

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
