Job summary

Kal Tire in Canada is hiring a Tire Technician to support day-to-day shop service work, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires. This temporary position offers full-time and part-time hours across the contract duration.

You will join a safety-minded team that values accuracy and reliability while ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities include tire installation, removal, rotation, balancing, and inspection, with PPE and safety compliance at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
  • Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to‑day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full‑time and part‑time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Store Details
  • Address: 250 Armstrong St N
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
    • Saturday:8:00 - 17:00
    • Sunday: Closed
  • Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
