Job summary

Kal Tire in High Prairie, AB is seeking a Tire Technician to install, repair, and balance tires and support daily shop service activities. This position offers both full-time and part-time hours for the duration of the contract, with a safety-focused, team-driven environment that emphasizes reliable, hands-on work.

You will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes safety, quality, and timely service while following all procedures and using PPE. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Store Details

• Address: 4201 53 Ave High Prairie, Alberta
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 22, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
