Overview

Job Title: TIG Welder

Job Description: Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you will be involved in production welding, completing structural welds for three different projects. The role requires proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. While assistance with fitting is provided, comfort in independent fitting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on skids for data cooling centers.
• Interpret and work from blueprints.
• Utilize skills in flux core and stick welding as needed.
• Contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment by multi-tasking effectively.
• Be open to working overtime on weekdays and/or weekends, as required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely and effectively.
• Operate shears and press brakes, if experienced.
• Maintain a clean-shaven appearance and wear a respirator when necessary.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
• Journeyman Welder certification.
• Experience in skid welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking in a manufacturing setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with shears and press brakes is an asset.
• Fitting experience is preferred.
