We are currently seeking a skilled TIG (GTAW) Welder to join a well-established metal fabrication company known for high standards and custom manufacturing. Position Overview

The TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welder will be responsible for performing high-precision welds using the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process on a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and other specialized metals. The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting complex blueprints, understanding welding specifications, and delivering top-tier custom fabrication work.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret welding process specifications and work orders
• Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals
• Perform high-quality fusion welds on a variety of metals and non-metallic materials
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards and specifications
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure accurate and timely production
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment

Experience and Specialization
