Qualifications

• Child & Youth Care Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Child & Youth Care required.
• Experience in working with youth in a therapeutic milieu is essential.
• Ability to create therapeutic relationships and work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Child and Youth Counsellor Programs.
• Maintain records and collaborate with treatment team members.
• Manage crisis situations and ensure a safe milieu.
