Qualifications

The Systems Analyst, Enablement is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the program’s objectives of cost transformation, reinvestment, and transparency of CB technology spend. This role partners with Program Leadership, Finance, and Engineering/Business Leads to monitor financial performance, validate savings, and ensure investment alignment with FTF’s strategic objectives.

In this role, you will:
  • Support financial planning and forecasting for the Fund the Future program, including operating and capital budgets.
  • Track program‑level investments against approved funding envelopes, ensuring transparency in spend and benefits realization.
  • Prepare variance analyses, executive dashboards, and financial reporting for Program Leadership and Governance Councils.
  • Partner with Finance Lead and Program Manager to validate savings assumptions and track realization of benefits across levers (e.g. Application Decommissioning, Digitization, Modernization, Vendor Rationalization, Workforce & Portfolio Management).
  • Maintain financial models that integrate program delivery milestones, cost‑of‑delay impacts, and reinvestment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise finance and reporting standards, including reconciliation, accruals, and audit support.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support business cases and VRC submissions.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation in financial reporting and tracking.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • CPA designation (or working toward) preferred.
  • 3–5 years of financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience, ideally within technology or large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project/program financial management, including accruals, forecasting, and benefits tracking.
