Overview

We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for the Shoe Co. banner. You will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment to foster inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be a role model for service standards and help the team achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence is key to success in this role.

As a Part-time Supervisor, you will be accountable for maintaining high standards of customer experience and teamwork while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintains exceptional product knowledge and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Facilitates achievement of business results by modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
  • Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Opens and closes the store proficiently.
