Overview

We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. As a Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will model service standards and lead the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.
