We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for role-modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past pace environment, collaborate, and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Facilitates achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
  • Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Open & closes the store proficiently.
