Responsibilities
  • Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
  • Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned.
