Could you be the full-time PI TECHNICIAN in VANCOUVER/Burnaby we’re looking for?

Your future role

Day-to-day, as aPI (Product Introduction) Technician, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and be responsible fortroubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site in order to ensure their availability. You will also provide technical expertise to subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members and coaching to less experienced field operators.

You’ll specifically take care of

·Respecting and enforcing Alstom & customer EHSS policies and rules as well as relevant PI processes on customer site

·Troubleshooting including investigation and repair during PI period as well as Pre-warranty & Commissioning

·Reporting any deviation in the Failure Management data base

·Field Modifications implementation

·Fleet check activities

·recommendationson appropriate preventative and corrective actions

·suggestions for product enhancements

·peer reviews of PI activities and provide technical leadership

·feedback to PI management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance
