Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate with management and technicians, recruit staff, and implement training to maintain high-quality service. You will travel regionally and support the Toronto office as needed.

We are currently hiring for a Territory Services Manager to join our Central Canada team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, Central Canada, the Territory Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating maintenance requirements and costs, managing repair and maintenance operations, and ensuring work is performed efficiently and within company standards. The Territory Service Manager will play an important role in achieving financial objectives by preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions. The Territory Services Manager will maintain and manage a high-quality service technician team through recruitment, training, and performance management, while staying updated on industry standards and contributing to overall team objectives.
Education: Degree in business or relevant field. Combination of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field. Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed and customer service oriented.
Knowledge and skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Understanding of business principles, procurement practices, budgeting, and expense analysis. Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve maintenance issues.
A current valid driver’s license with a clean abstract is required to operate company vehicle.
In the field requirements 40% – 60% in local region.
Travel to Toronto Support Office as required.
