Territory Sales Manager - Commercial HVACJob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Western Canada region for commercial HVAC solutions. In this role, you will build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and end-users, while promoting innovative electronic control valves and building automation products. Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and increase market share within the Western Canada territory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, controls specialists, consulting engineers, and key clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client education sessions.
  • Provide expert technical support and recommend suitable solutions to resolve customer challenges.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to win bids and projects.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations based on customer needs and project specifications.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities using CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve regional targets.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-10 years of relevant experience in the commercial HVAC or building automation industry.
  • Proven experience with control contracting and a solid understanding of building automation systems (BAS) and DDC controls.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel across the designated territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to operate independently with a technical aptitude.
  • Persistent and detail-oriented in pursuing new opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% of the time within the region.
  • Ability to set up a suitable home office environment.
  • Must meet company driving policy and insurance requirements.
