Tool Shed Brewing, a pioneer in Alberta's craft beer scene, is looking for a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence across Calgary and surrounding area. You'll represent our award-winning beers and non‑alcoholic offerings with pride, hustle, and authenticity.

The Role

As a Southern Alberta Sales Manager, you'll be the face of Tool Shed in your territory, building strong relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our brand shines in every retail and on‑premise account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the Business : Expand Tool Shed's footprint in liquor stores, bars, and restaurants.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers, on‑premise accounts, and distributors.
  • Flawless Execution : Ensure excellent in‑store and on‑premise displays, placements, and brand representation.
  • Hit Your Targets : Meet and exceed sales, volume, and distribution goals.
  • Product Expertise : Know our beers (and the competition) inside and out.
  • Events & Tastings : Represent the brand at beer tastings, trade shows, and community events.
  • Log & Report : Maintain records in our CRM and report on activity, wins, and opportunities.
You Bring
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B beverage alcohol sales.
  • A passion for craft beer and community.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A self‑starter attitude with a focus on results.
  • ProServe certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to lift up to 50 kg and support event setup or deliveries.
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings / weekends.
