Territory Manager - Wire Rope, Lifting & Rigging Specialist.

Southern Quebec, Eastern Ontario.

Operations Manager.
Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales of industrial wire rope and related lifting products within an assigned territory. This role involves building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries such as construction, communication, marine, and manufacturing.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular visits, technical support, and product training.
- Provide customers with product recommendations, pricing, and quotations for wire rope, fittings, rigging hardware, and lifting solutions.
- Collaborate with inside sales, purchasing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and distributors.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer account updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual French / English
- 3-5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial products, wire rope, rigging, or lifting equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of wire rope products, rigging hardware, and lifting applications.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
