Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager - Okanagan BC, located in Kelowna , BC. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients and retailers, creating and executing business plans, and meeting sales goals. They will represent Great North’s partner brands, analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service support to ensure a positive retail and brand experience.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
  • Expertise in business planning and strategy development within a sales-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven customer service skills to ensure retailer satisfaction and brand representation
  • Understanding of sales operations and experience achieving performance objectives
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry, provincial regulations, or retail markets is a strong asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
