Job summary

A leading machinery company is seeking a Territory Manager for their Cambridge location. This role focuses on selling John Deere construction and forestry equipment, engaging with customers to identify their needs, and developing marketing strategies. Ideal candidates are highly motivated with strong customer service and communication skills. Sales experience or heavy equipment knowledge is an asset. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Sales industry experience and/or knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used whole goods product within the designated sales territory.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep current on product knowledge and equipment.
  • Develop marketing and promotion strategies for territory.
  • Prepare customer status reports as required.
