Our client, a highly respected organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Territory Manager to join their dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to gain hands-on experience, develop deep product knowledge, and be mentored by a seasoned, successful Territory Manager. You’ll start by managing a smaller territory with a clear pathway to grow into a Senior Territory Manager role within a thriving territory over the next 3–5 years.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of sales activity within your assigned territory, including product promotion, customer engagement, and territory planning.
  • Represent the company to a wide range of end users, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced Territory Manager to learn best practices and develop a strategic approach to territory growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the introduction of new products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized and skilled at planning efficient routing schedules.
  • Exceptional follow-up and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a structured mentorship program.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory (valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required).
What’s In It For You
  • Structured mentorship & development plan with clear growth milestones.
  • Opportunity to work alongside an experienced, supportive Territory Manager who will share best practices and guide your success.
  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus potential, and vehicle allowance.
  • Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs.
  • A collaborative, values-driven culture focused on integrity, service, and innovation.

This is more than a job — it’s the chance to learn, grow, and build a career in a company that truly values its people and its customers.
