Job summary

A recruitment agency in Canada is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth for leading natural health brands in Ottawa. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in territory management and strong relationship-building skills. A post-secondary education in Business or Marketing is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in territory or account management, ideally within the natural health or CPG sector.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Territory Manager

MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our natural health products client to find a first‑class Territory Manager to join their team in Ottawa. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales growth for a portfolio of leading natural health brands within the food, drug, and mass retail channels—building strong relationships, executing promotional programs, and supporting retail success.

Responsibilities
  • Grow sales and achieve distribution goals across assigned accounts and regions.
