Qualifications

Description

Alpine is a division of the Sani Marc Group specializing in manufactures and distributes a comprehensive range of products and services, including cleaning chemicals, dishwasher and glassware rentals, and related equipment maintenance.

The Territory Manager (TM) will develop, service, and manage a territory of accounts providing timely and cost-effective cleaning and sanitation solutions to the foodservice and hospitality industries. This individual will understand customer operations, identify cleaning challenges and devise appropriate cleaning solutions to meet customer needs. With a focus on developing partnerships and exceptional relationships, this individual will provide prompt, reliable and personalized service.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through cold calling and client referrals;
  • Develop strong working relationships with existing and prospective clients;
  • Complete regular preventative maintenance as scheduled;
  • Drive sales growth in existing accounts through cross-selling;
  • Complete electronic service reports accurately and on time;
  • Install and repair equipment as required;
  • Provide customized training based on the products/ programs in place;
  • Work on call as needed;
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience;
  • Valid drivers license and in good standing;
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude / ability to use hand tools;
  • Experience selling in foodservice and hospitality industries;
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dynamics);
