Qualifications

  • 1–5 years in Territory/District Sales.
  • Cannabis industry experience (asset).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and grow Adult Use & Medical Cannabis brands.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and build profitable partnerships.
  • Manage accounts and position the brand as a first-choice partner.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and drive consumer loyalty.
  • Lead trade shows, brand activations, and education sessions.
  • Create brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Maintain CRM records and report KPIs.
  • Achieve KPI targets (Volume, Share, Distribution, Compliance, etc.).

Skills

Experience as District, Territory, or Account Manager
Skilled in outside sales and relationship building
Strong retail marketing knowledge
Background in regulated industries (cannabis, tobacco, alcohol)
Ability to identify consumer motivators and customer goals

We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager for a 6-month contract with an industry-leading global cannabinoid company advancing cannabis research, technology, and product development.

📍 Home-based near London, ON

💰 $70K annually + $750/month car allowance + gas card

🌐 Territory: Kitchener, Simcoe, London, Strathroy, Windsor + occasional Grey County trips (Hanover, Owen Sound & Listowel)

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and grow Adult Use & Medical Cannabis brands
