Experienced Terminal Manager for our Quebec City Terminal

Must have experience with Final Mile Deliveries

Responsibilities
  • Manage Inbound / Outbound movement of freight
  • Manage Cross-Dock and Sortation Processes
  • Review volumes in established routes daily to balance workload, audit drivers and terminalprocesses
  • Maintain relationships with key customer contacts involved in the day to day operations of their business
  • Maintain regular reporting to head office
  • Provide metrics to Customers daily to maintain level of performance
  • Contribute and maintain a successful, safe, team environment
  • Assessing problem areas or areas that require improvement and identify solutions utilizing other departments and management
  • Run continuous improvement initiatives to offer "Best-in-Class" servicesand procedures
  • Provide timely, accurate, and thorough Performance reviews
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing teams in the Transportation industry
  • Experience in small parcel delivery

Working Conditions
